All service fees, payment terms, and deliverables are defined in the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Payments are required according to the agreed schedule.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the agreed service terms, work completed, and applicable laws. Once campaign setup, consultation, strategy development, or advertising management services have commenced, fees for services already delivered are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable legal rights.

Advertising expenditure paid directly to Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or other third-party platforms is governed by their respective billing and refund policies. We do not control refunds issued by these platforms.

Clients may request service cancellation by emailing us. Cancellation terms, applicable charges, and any eligible refunds will be determined according to the agreed service agreement and applicable laws.

Performance marketing outcomes depend on competition, advertising budgets, market conditions, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee specific leads, sales, conversions, rankings, or ROI. Unsatisfactory campaign performance alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through an agreed payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment provider processing times.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be published on our website and applied in accordance with applicable laws and existing contractual commitments.
